As a qualified person-centred therapist I have an empathic, non-judgemental approach, whilst providing emotional support in a safe environment as you reflect on difficulties you are experiencing. Together we can explore your situation in ways that can lead to a fresh perspective allowing you the opportunity to make your own changes if necessary.

Additional Information
Sessions take place online via zoom enabling you to have access to therapy from a distance.
Any relationship takes time to establish and it`s very important for a client to be able to trust a therapist. With this in mind, I offer all new clients a complimentary 15 minute online session which allows you to talk a little about your situation, gain a sense of what it would be like to work with me and ask any questions you may have.
I welcome individuals and particularly students aged 16+ years.

Fees
Sessions last for 1 hour and cost £45.00, payable in advance.
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
